Reply: From adz929's language I would guess we are on opposite sides of the big pond. However, I am of a like mind. I see no point to it either. Of course I have no interest in Survivor, Entertainment Tonight, etc. To each his own I guess.

No, not really.
Do I think they are useful?
Possibly! I think that in most cases those that blog have absolutely nothing to add to anything as they have not one iota of individual thought. Their main purpose is to see their own words in print without having to say they write in a journal or a diary. Instead they say they Blog. Then along comes someone that actually has something to say that is important and of some use to either us personally or to help us in some aspect. Myself , I have yet to find a blog that supports anything on a personal basis. But I have found and use regularly certain blogs containing specific information relating to technical issues that I find extremely useful. In reference to 11/05/2008
