When I start my pc and logon then my document folder popup for twice and when I click on Norton antivirus it get vanished or disappear. I scanned my computer from safemode found nothing. even in safe mode my document folder popup. scanned online (net), found win32.worm.vb.cb but couldnot delete them..(housecall) scan with panda online couldn't detect anything except some spyware.

I format my primary drive (c:) but still when I restart it happened again(my document folder popup) and there I found folder inside folder with same name.

can someone with me with this problem.
