Comment: someone i work with has been using norton internet securoty just recently when ever they try to connect to our office network via vpn it connects but she cant see the server. we thought it was down to norton but even turning norton off and just having windows firewall on it wont let her see the server unless no firewall is on does anyone know what could be cuasing this phill

Reply: Get rid of norton. Unintall it and throw the CD in the garbage. Then, disable windows firewall. If it works, then add the execption to windows firewall and re-enable it.
