on my widows 2000 pro when i read a letter it, some of it, comes out with garbeled letters on top and or bottom and dont mean a thing and ive tryed useing acrobat, word pad, and win office word 2003 and tryed changing the foreign set up and english nothing works any advice on any procedures thanks
