Comment: Hi I've just installed an SBS 2003 server with exchange and everything is working fine, everyone can email each other internally using the domain @example.com and external domains etc the only problem is there is an external user whos email is user@example.com (same as the internal domain) and picks his email up direct from the ISP. His email works fine, but if anyone within the sbs 2003 domain tries to email him, exchange cant find the account so sends an NDR back to the user saying account not found. I cant add him onto exchange as they've reached their CAL limit and he never comes into the office so doesnt need a domain account. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas or had come up against this problem before, have tried googling it but found nothing helpful Many Thanks Regards J
