Hi All,
Simply put, what I need to do is restrict certain authenticated users from accessing the internet during certain times of the day. I also need to completely block entire computers from accessing the internet by their MAC address.

My network layout:
XP machines & Domain controller (server 2003)
||
gateway (server 2003)
||
modem

Can I do this with server 2003 as the gateway, or do I need a third party app?
