Well i have a server, with 2 NIC's. an internet connection through ADSL( Dlink ADSL Modem) the ip of the router is 192.168.0.1 , The NIC-1 is configured at 192.168.0.10, NIC-2 configured at 192.168.0.2., My ISP has not provided me with a static IP. My request is
a) How can i use NAT on windows2003 server to use the internet for the internal network,
b) DNS Server settings
c) can i Host a local Intranet website on the server

Since you have a router, let it do the NAT. By allowing it to assign IP addresses to connected computers (such as 192.168.0.10) NAT is already being done.

As for DNS, these two will be entered int othe router. You can get the DNS info from your ISP, but in many cases it gets configured automatically.

As for c) yes you can. You can use ISS or install something like apache to host webpages. To view them from other computers, you just open up a browser and go to the IP address of the server (say 192.168.0.10).
