I have a problem our SBS 2003 server, we've just setup exchange and it keeps bouncing back emails which are sent to us.
Our ISP (Plusnet) says it s a configuration problem on our server as they forward all email via smtp through to the ip address of our server. I have looked through various config files and rerun the connect to the internet email wizard a thousand times yet still it rejects emails coming in. When the smtp was initially setup via isp I literally just had to choose smtp as mail delivery and put in my servers ip (was expecting to have to setup A record and MX record) Was wondering if anyone had any ideas or advice to point me in the right direction.

Found out what it was, PLusnets email which everything was getting forwarded to wasn't setup in the recipients part of the smtp. Added it in and all worked fine.
