We just brought a new computer online today and after logging in to the server with no problem, I went to map drives next. However I can't map the drives because the server is not showing up on the list. As a matter of fact, the server is not showing up on any computer. But the already mapped drives on other computers stay connected. When I'm on the server, none of the workstations show up onder the domain even thought they are all logged on. Help Please!

How are you mapping the drives? Are you typing \\servername\sharename? Can you ping the server from the workstations?

I can ping the server from all the computers.
I was trying to map the drives from "My Computer"-->Tools-->Map Network Drive. However the server name is not on the list. I can map drives by searching for the server name using the search on a client computer to search for a computer and then it will show up there and i can map my right clicking. But still not in network neihgborhood.

You didn't answer my question. :) If you type in (not browse for) the share name, does it work?
