I am having the weirdest problem, from the server I can't access the internet, from other computers on the network I can, I can access the server from other computers on the network, I can access other computers on the network from the server, and here's the part that really boggles my mind, I can ping websites just fine, can trace route and it looks the same as the other network computers, but internet explorer and outlook and using explorer to reach a ftp site don't work at all. It worked yesturday at noon, sometime between noon and midnight it stopped working, I probably did something to break it but I can't remember for hte life of me what I did to it.

It sounds like a DNS problem. Is the DNS service running? Have you looked the event viewer?
