Comment: I am running server 2008 on a Dell Poweredge 600sc. It has an ATI Rage XL integrated in the motherboard. I have tried using XP drivers from win XP and 2k3 but when I try to change the refresh rate server 2k8 wont let me. I even tried Powerstrip, a utility which operates at a very low level on the hardware and I cant change the refresh rate. Yet when I put xp or 2k3, or even 2000 on there it will do what I want so I know the hardware isnt broke. What I am looking for is vista drivers or a good hack to force this to work
