Comment: I just recently upgraded from server 2003 to server 2008. After upgrading I tried to remote into the server via remote desktop connection. I am able to remote in internally through internal IP but not externally. Nothing changed on my router. Port is still forwarded and server has static IP... same as old 2003 server. Since i can remote in internally i don't think that the server is the issue but with nothing changing on the router not sure where the problem is. Any ideas?
