I assume the first step is to establish two way trust Then use admt tool but I do not know iof that enough for if that still allows then access to the old domain and also I need to migrate there email from A to B but I believe ADMT will good enough to do that

Reply: yes, the active directory migration tool allows you to migrate users between forests while still allowing users that were just migrated, to continue to access resources in the original domain. Once you establish a forest trust between the two domains, make sure you enable SID history..its disabled by default..use the NETDOM command. example: netdom trust domainA /d:domainB /enablesidhistory:yes. THis type of migration is considered non-destructive because your making a copy of the source objects into the target domain...nothing gets moved..
