I have this file (.wba) its supposed to be a skin. How do I install it? I tried using stylexp but it says it isnt a .theme file or it doesnt have some .msstyles file. So how do I install this skin?

That is a WindowBlinds skin. It does not work with StyleXP, only WindowBlinds, which is a slow bloated program so I would avoid it. It is also shareware, while StyleXP is free.
